Mill Grind Sea Salt

There are many varieties of sea salt. Much of the gourmet salt found in specialty stores is moist. This is not the kind of salt that you should use in a salt mill. The moisture speeds corrosion and oftentimes makes the salt stick in the mill above the grinder, making it difficult to grind. This Mill Grind Sea Salt is dry, but not overly refined, so you still get a smooth, delicate flavor and the ability to adjust your grind.
