Maple Toffee with Cocoa Nibs

This toffee was inspired by a combination of the creator's mom’s famous toffee recipe & a family tradition of tapping maple trees for the last 60 years. Almonds were swapped out with cocoa nibs for a nut-free toffee. Local maple syrup is used and MN Toffee was born! This toffee is topped with their bean to bar, single origin, TC Chocolate made in Fergus Falls, MN.
