Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Timberbloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If you feel as though your item was received defective for reasons other than shipping, please contact us at katie@timberbloom.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and bath and body goods. We are not responsible for damages made to the product in the customer’s possession. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start your return
Once you have read all of our return policy, please email katie@timberbloom.com with your order number and the name, size, quantity, and return reason for each of the items you would like to return. We will then issue a pre-paid return label. Please package the return in a similar box or sleeve to the original order packaging to avoid shipping overage charges. Any shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Once you have mailed your return back to us, please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the package has been marked as delivered. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Once a return is created, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us or the return label will be voided.
Returns can also be made in-store, with the same 30-day window and item condition requirements stated above. Please also provide proof of purchase for in-store returns. Returns will be made at the purchase price.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
