Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Timberbloom Home & Lifestyle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping within the United States is done for a flat rate. Shipping rates to Canada are calculated through our carriers. 

In-Store Pickups

In-store pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of the order date - unless otherwise specified. If the customer is unable to pick up an item within the 7 day period, the customer is liable for communicating with Timberbloom that they are unable to fulfill their order. Orders that are not picked up within the 7 days with no customer communication are subject to be placed back in inventory.

Damages

Timberbloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
