“Kahle Wildflowers” is based on the beautiful Kahle Meadow in South Lake Tahoe, California, with trails leading to the shore of the lake. I set my easel up one day in this meadow and painted this piece, as well as “Kahle Meadow”. My best friend and I used to go on runs through the trails, jump into the lake to cool off, and then read our books on the beach before running back :)
