Wicked Good Blueberry Jam

A delicious jam is made from fresh native blueberries, using our distinctive New England process. Regarding fruits, the deepest purple and blue colors often hint at the highest antioxidant power.

Blueberries have long been considered a "superfood" because of their high levels of antioxidant chemicals called flavonoids. British scientists have discovered that a daily dose of blueberries can also increase memory capacity, and might even be able to stave off degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer's.
