Wicked Good Red Raspberry Jam was "the winner" in a blind taste test when compared to three other raspberry jams--(NH Magazine).This jam is made from local summer fruiting raspberries containing cane sugar, pectin and lemon juice to enhance the flavor and texture. Makes an attractive presentation. Fresh raspberries are high in antioxidants. Contains seeds. Try it as a filling for a jelly-roll or use in thumbprint cookies.
